For a decade I've worked at the grass roots of healthcare, in the places where policy meets practice — laboratory services, infection control, and quality assurance. My focus has been building the strategies and processes that let organisations, and the people they serve, operate at their best.
My move into molecular diagnostics has surfaced the gaps in the industry and the opportunities that sit alongside them. I believe brand and awareness building are essential — the platform through which new approaches earn clinician trust and patient adoption.
